Summary: The Arc of Union County, Inc. is a leading provider of Person-Centered services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through a range of programs. The Director, Healthcare Supports Clinical, is responsible for collaborating with administration and facilitating the use of resources to enable each service recipient to attain or maintain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. The incumbent develops and implements preventive health services for individuals with developmental disabilities within The Arc of Union County, Inc.

Qualifications: 

  • A master’s degree in nursing; a current Registered Nurse (RN) license is required. American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) certification  and Certification in Developmental Disabilities Nurse (CDDN) preferred. 
  • Five years of progressive management experience working with people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, at least three of which shall have been supervisory at the middle-level management level; and extensive knowledge in design and supervision, staff development.   
  • Proficiency in Windows software, the ability to use data entry software.
