We are looking for an experienced and analytical Technology Governance & Business Management professional to drive governance frameworks, financial oversight, and executive reporting within the Technology function.

This role goes beyond operational support and will own and enhance governance processes, ensure financial and resource transparency, and act as a strategic interface between technology teams and stakeholders across Americas/EMEA/APAC/Japan. This is an individual contributor role (70% execution, 30% governance) which requires to be hands-on in maintaining and improving financial data and dashboards, creating presentation and documentation, assisting with resource and operations management.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in technology business management, governance, and cross-regional stakeholder engagement, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and influence decision-making at leadership levels.

Roles and Responsibilities

Governance & Reporting

  • Own and drive technology governance cadence, conducting periodic data gathering and collation and analysis for dashboards/reporting (e.g., headcount, vendor performance, financials) which require advanced Excel-based analysis with detailed manual data validation/reconciliation.
  • Creation of executive-level reports such as head count analysis with financial benefit, technology townhall deck for executives, qualitative/quantitative analysis report for onshore owners, MBR/QBRs, etc.
  • Ensure adherence to technology governance standards, risk & compliance frameworks, and reporting integrity.
  • Support in tracking adherence to technology governance processes, risk & compliance checklists, and project documentation standards.

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership Interface

  • Drive structured stakeholder engagement across global regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC, Japan) to ensure timely and accurate inputs in data gathering and collation with expectation controls.
  • Manage expectations, escalations, and decision forums with clear communication and governance discipline. Influence stakeholders through insightful analysis, structured communication, and executive-ready narratives.

Operational & Project Support

  • Evaluate As-Is vs To-Be operating models, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, governance, and scalability in the team.
  • Drive process transformation initiatives across governance, reporting, and operational workflows.
  • Support in maintenance of organizational artifacts (org structures, distribution lists, etc.) with governance, rigor and accuracy.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Management, Governance, or PMO roles within Technology organizations, with exposure to financial management and executive reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with ability to derive insights from raw data by excellent analytical skills. (Ability to perform effectively using standard Microsoft Office tools without dependency on specialized systems/tools.)
  • Comfortable with repetitive and detailed numerical validation work.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams and problem solving.
  • Detail-oriented with good time management and organizational skills.
