T24 Middleware Admin

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement highly available, resilient middleware platforms.
• Prepare and maintain middleware standard designs and configurations.
• Define non-functional testing strategies (performance, availability, security).
• Analyze transaction volumes, throughput, and response times to optimize platform performance.
• Troubleshoot middleware configuration and performance issues.
• Review system resource utilization and identify optimization opportunities.
• Support regional platform initiatives such as ESB, integration, and data platforms.
• Work closely with architecture, infrastructure, and application teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Middleware technologies such as:
• JBoss
• IBM MQ
• Strong knowledge of:
• Application Servers
• Web Servers
• Database Servers
• Linux/Windows Platforms
• Networking fundamentals
• Virtualization

Optional Skills:

• Power shell Scripts.
• SQL DB Maintenance.
• Monitoring and analytics tools such as Kibana, Grafana, or Power BI.

Preferred Experience

• Middleware installation, configuration, and patching.
• IBM MQ queue/channel administration.
• SSL certificate management.
• Application deployment and troubleshooting.

Personal Requirements:

• Should have good written and verbal communication.
• Good problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills.

Education level:

• Bachelor’s degree in computing or relevant field

Experience:

• 5-10 years of relevant working experience
