About this role

As a Portfolio / Campaign Manager, you will support the design, execution, and performance management of marketing campaigns within the Managed Services team. You will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive customer engagement, activation, and retention strategies across portfolio segments, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact and align with client objectives.

What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed

Portfolio & Campaign Management

  • Understand portfolio priorities and initiatives aligned with client stakeholder objectives.
  • Develop structured program frameworks for customer activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Identify focus segments based on product categories and customer profiles in collaboration with Portfolio and Product teams.
  • Support campaign planning and execution by contributing to target audience selection, communication strategy, messaging design, and channel mix/attribution strategy.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimisations to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Drive offer communication strategies through effective messaging and channel optimisation.
  • Assist in campaign design, execution, and performance tracking to ensure delivery against objectives.
  • Develop and implement review frameworks to measure program effectiveness pre, during, and post campaign.
  • Manage project deliverables within defined quality, timeline, and budget constraints.
  • Prepare structured reports and presentations using data insights and stakeholder inputs.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Own end‑to‑end client deliverables and manage client interactions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Lead engagements independently while proactively seeking guidance when needed.
  • Influence and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive outcomes.

We'd Love to Hear From You If...

Experience

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Marketing or a related field.
  • You have 5–7 years of experience in marketing campaign management and/or credit/debit card portfolio management.
  • You have proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Technical Expertise

  • You are skilled in campaign management, portfolio management, customer segmentation, and marketing analytics.
  • You are experienced in communication strategy, project management, and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • You understand current marketing trends and customer engagement strategies.
