About this role

We are looking for enthusiastic Cooks and Commis chefs to join our kitchen brigade. You will assist in preparing dishes that reflect our Hawaiian-Asian street food identity, working alongside experienced chefs in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards

· Assist senior chefs with mise en place, cooking, and plating

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of your assigned station

· Follow portion control and presentation guidelines consistently

· Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols

· Support the kitchen team during high-volume service periods

· 1–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen (commis level accepted)

· Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment

· Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene best practices

· Good communication skills in English

· Willingness to learn and grow within a team environment

· Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

· Passion for Asian and Hawaiian-inspired cuisine is a plus

Require knowledge of food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and customer service standards. Good communication skills in English are required for all roles. Qatar-based applicants and candidates with valid QIDs are welcome to apply.
