JOB SUMMARY:
This position is primarily responsible for maintaining a clean and safe property.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Willing to reliably fulfil the designated work schedule inclusive of overtime
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Stable work history, preferably in an industrial environment
Reliable transportation
Committed to working safely at all times including a commitment to the policies and procedures of the operation
Positive attitude; good team player
Can work independently with minimal supervision
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintaining the roadways throughout the facility clean of debris
Responsible for daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds which includes cleaning and removing of trash.
Observe necessary safety precautions
Cross-train on alternate assignments and perform duties in other work areas as needed
Any other duties as requested by respective supervisor and/or manager
Responsible for mowing grass on property as well as using a weed eater
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to lift and stack objects 15 to 20 lbs.
Work involves long periods of standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching; may also include climbing ladders and staircases
Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions – heat, cold, rain
