Position Summary
The Program Manager, Youth Outreach is a tactical role responsible for the day-to-day execution of youth outreach and student experience programs within the Career Transformation Center. This position provides hands-on oversight of staff, speaker and partner coordination, and program logistics to ensure safe, consistent, and high-quality delivery. The Manager is accountable for operational performance, staff supervision, and continuous process improvement in support of organizational priorities.
The Program Manager has the following duties and responsibilities:
1. Program Execution & Operations
Manage the day-to-day execution of youth outreach and student experience programs, ensuring consistent delivery, policy compliance, scheduling accuracy, and high-quality onsite, offsite, and virtual engagements.
2. Staff Supervision & Team Management
Coordinate the work and activities of assigned team members to ensure accountability, effective workload distribution, and reliable support of student and speaker experiences.
3. Youth Program Development & Delivery
Develop, implement, and oversee structured, age-appropriate healthcare career exposure experiences for middle and high school students across multiple delivery formats.
4. Student Experience, Logistics & Coordination
Coordinate student onboarding, placements, scheduling, onsite logistics, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure safe, well-organized, and compliant student experiences.
5. Performance Monitoring, Speakers & Partnerships
Monitor program participation and feedback, implement operational improvements, and recruit, schedule, and manage internal speakers and external partners.
The successful candidate will bring:
Education
Bachelor's Degree in education, Healthcare Administration, Workforce Development, or related field Required
Experience
5 Years of experience in workforce development, education, youth programming, or community outreach Required
2 Years of people management or supervisory experience Required
Skills
Experience within healthcare systems or academic/clinical environments.
Experience managing speakers, partnerships, or community-based programs.
