IT Strategic Sourcing Specialist - Supply Chain Management

Work hours: Full Time Days (8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week (Hybrid work allowed at manager's discretion)

What You Will Do:
Manage the RFP process for each strategic sourcing initiative within the assigned category and/ or service line. 35%25
Assists with the monitoring of supplier performance through developing measuring tools and checking references. 15%25
Documents and communicates the identified vs. realized savings and engages end users in needed process change or product conversion. 15%25
Assist Program Director with the development and maintenance of a strategic roadmap and contract calendar for assigned category. 15%25
Follow standardized sourcing processes and templates to support repeatability, auditability, and quality. 10%25
Lead (or assist with) the development of negotiation scenarios, cost models, and category. 10%25
What You Need:
Education
Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Healthcare related fields Req
Experience
3 Years experience in data analytics to include financial analysis and quantitative/ qualitative assessment in supply chain, healthcare or related industry Req
Healthcare IT and/or Analytics experience is Preferred.

Strong Problem-Solving Skills, Analytical and Data-Driven Skills, Effective Communication Skills, Customer Service Oriented, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Understanding of sourcing and contracting principles, Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools, Change Management, Self-Starter that can multi-task and prioritize while being meeting deadlines
