About this role

Job DetailsJob Location: Georgetown - Georgetown, TX 78626Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $60,000.00About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Business Content Specialist to serve as the primary creator and executor of our visual brand. This is a builder's role—you won't just guide the brand from a distance, you'll roll up your sleeves and produce the work itself. You'll transform complex business concepts, operational strategies, and data into polished, high-impact videos, executive-level presentation decks, and professional marketing collateral.

The ideal candidate is a disciplined, multi-disciplinary creator who thrives in production, brings an exceptional eye for layout and design, and applies established brand guidelines with precision to ensure complete visual consistency across every medium.

Important: This is an execution-first role. To be considered, candidates must submit a diverse digital portfolio or reel demonstrating both layout design (flyers and presentation decks) and video editing work.

Key Responsibilities

Script, shoot, edit, and produce internal and external video content (e.g., promotional videos, operational overviews, and training materials). Handle all post-production, including motion graphics, audio syncing, and color correction.
Partner with leadership and team members to design, format, and polish high-stakes presentations. Turn dense text and data points into clean, highly scannable, and visually compelling slides.
Design and produce clean, professional print and digital layouts, including flyers, brochures, fact sheets, and regional marketing materials.
Act as the daily gatekeeper for the visual brand. Ensure every video, slide, and flyer produced strictly adheres to corporate style guides, typography, and color palettes.
Organize and maintain a clean digital asset library of logos, templates, b-roll footage, and photography, ensuring team members have easy access to approved, up-to-date elements.
Other job duties will be added to the role as needed in the organization that might not pertain to marketing or content creation.

Qualifications

1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or content creation, preferably in a corporate or B2B environment.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in graphic design preferred.
Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (mastering slide layouts, typographic hierarchy, and data visualization).
Proficiency in modern design platforms like Canva for efficient template and asset management.
Strong foundational knowledge of layout, typography, color theory, and visual pacing for video.
Proven ability to manage multiple production deadlines simultaneously and pivot quickly when business needs change.
Strong collaborative skills to take a rough concept or text outline from a team member and independently transform it into a finished visual product.
