Texas Capital is seeking a seasoned HR executive to serve as a strategic business partner and member of the HR Leadership Team. Reporting to the CHRO, this senior HR Business Partner will lead the development and execution of talent and organizational strategies that drive business performance, leadership effectiveness, and long-term growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the business, strong executive presence, and the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders while navigating complex stakeholder environments. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor, consultative partner, and people leader responsible for aligning human capital strategies with business priorities.

As a hands-on HR leader, this individual will partner closely with executives and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver scalable solutions across leadership development, performance management, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, compensation, inclusion, and culture. The role also provides leadership to HR team members and drives alignment across enterprise HR initiatives while ensuring business-specific needs are effectively addressed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the CHRO and senior business leaders to develop and execute talent strategies that develop, engage, and retain top talent. The Senior HRBP delivers measurable business outcomes across five strategic priorities:
  • Talent: Build exceptional teams by attracting, developing, and retaining high-performing talent.
  • Leadership: Strengthen leadership capability through coaching, succession planning, talent assessment, and performance management.
  • Execution: Improve organizational effectiveness by aligning talent, structure, and workforce plan with business priorities to accelerate execution.
  • Insights: Leverage workforce data, analytics and market intelligence to inform decisions, identify opportunities and improve business performance.
  • Integration: Partner across Human Resources to deliver integrated solutions that strengthen culture, enhance the employee experience, and enable business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including partnership with senior business leaders.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and executive influence.
  • Proven success improving organizational performance through talent and leadership.
  • Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and leading change.
  • Financial services experience preferred.
