What will be delivered:
This resource will support the development and scaling of product-strategy-specific observability capabilities across BEARS.
Key responsibilities include:
- AI-enabled analysis: Leverage AI to understand, document, and define abnormalities across strategies while assessing current observability coverage
- Dashboard development: Design and build missing dashboards to strengthen observability maturity across products
- Scalability exploration: Partner with teams to evaluate the creation of an AI agent to automate and extend dashboard generation as new strategies are introduced

- Improved visibility into product performance and anomaly detection
- Standardized observability frameworks aligned to product strategy
