Customer Service & Collections Representative PART-TIME
$16.50/hr. Starting Pay + Commission
Day shift schedule: Monday - Friday, Noon- 5:30 PM (no nights or weekends!)

What You'll Do:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and urgency
- Engage with customers to resolve account issues, collect payments, and offer solutions
- Drive sales through strong product knowledge and persuasive communication
- Maintain accurate records and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with scheduling customer appointments
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in sales, collections, and/or customer service preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment; ability to multi-task
- Reliable, positive, and ready to grow with us
