Your missions :
Alternance - Ventes B2B - Europe
En tant que Coordinateur des ventes, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans le bon fonctionnement des équipes commerciales en assurant les fonctions back-office et en prenant en charge la gestion administrative des négociations commerciales, des opportunités aux contrats, ainsi que le suivi des demandes clients.
Dans ce cadre
général, vos principales missions au quotidien sont les suivantes :
Créer, modifier et mettre à jour les opportunités dans le CRM
Préparer et vérifier la conformité des contrats et assurer leur mise à jour en fonction des évolutions des conditions commerciales
Maintenir les différentes bases de données (CRM, data management)
Assurer un support pour la préparation des reportings, réunions commerciales, le suivi des KPIs
