Payroll Analyst

Responsabilidades:
-Garantizar cálculos de nóminas precisos y puntuales para los empleados, incluidas las ejecuciones regulares, de bonificación y fuera de ciclo.
- Garantizar que las prácticas de nóminas cumplan la normativa local, estatal y federal, así como las políticas de la empresa.
- Supervisar la correcta aplicación de las retenciones fiscales, las deducciones de prestaciones y los embargos.
- Revisar y conciliar los informes de nóminas, las entradas en el libro mayor y los extractos bancarios.
- Preparar y apoyar las auditorías internas y externas relacionadas con las nóminas.
- Garantizar información puntual y precisa sobre el coste laboral.
- Proporcionar apoyo a la preparación de presupuestos y medición del desempeño.
- Garantizar la integración de la contabilidad en el sistema informático.
