About this role
- Continue improving CECO Quality Management System according to IATF 16949 and customer requirement. 依据IATF 16949标准及客户要求，持续完善质量管理体系
- Develop new products with engineering department and get customer final approval. 与工程部门协同开发新产品，并取得客户最终批准
- Follow up quality event and define corrective actions to avoid it re-occurs. 跟进质量事件，制定纠正措施以避免问题再次发生
- Process KPI follow up and prepare quality monthly report. 跟进过程关键绩效指标（KPI），编制质量月度报告
- Perform internal audit and receive external audit. 开展内部审核，并配合完成外部审核
- Improve customer satisfaction. 提升客户满意度
