Introduction
The Treasury Team seeks to enhance value and strengthen the organisation’s resilience by developing strategy, policy, structuring & raising debt, and managing liquidity, interest rate and FX exposures optimally for Temasek.
Through collaboration, partnership and objective advice, the team builds strong long-term relationships with Treasury’s network of stakeholders including the various investment groups, financial counterparties, bank lenders, bond investors, and the broader Temasek eco-system of portfolio companies and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Provide analytics support on all existing Debt Capital Market (DCM) products such as Medium Term Note (MTN) and Euro Commercial Paper (ECP), Exchangeable Bonds and Private Placements
- Study on new global DCM markets and products
- Updating of DCM related documentation and support DCM transaction execution
- Track DCM related data and develop analytics and reporting capabilities
- Monitor global Interest Rate (IR) markets and provide analytic support for in-house IR forecast
- Assist with drafting standard operating process (SOP) for all DCM related processes
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and VBA programming
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Bloomberg
- Open to pre-graduates with positive attitude and keenness to learn
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environment
- Effective communicator
