We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Indonesia team. If you are a professional with demonstrated experience in logistics, including administration and logistics management, warehousing and stock management (SO), motivated with an ability to multi-task, proactive communication, work well under pressure, and a demonstrated eye for detail, you definitely should join us!

In this role, you will:
  • Perform physical inventory count (SO/stock opname) and keep quality standards high for audits;
  • Provide assistance to other staffs in the department during lulls in your day;
  • Assist in creating invoices;
  • Interact and be the Point-of-Contact (POC) with third-party logistics service providers (vendors and forwarders);
  • Assist in order execution
  • Making sure that the company complies with Indonesian export and import laws;
  • Proactive communication within the team and department and escalating any problems arises.
  • Keeping track of shipment packing, transportation mode, cost of shipment, arrival time and other important factors in the shipping process.
What we expect of you:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working within a similar role (experience in Warehousing and Stock management/SO is a big plus);
  • Good in English (Intermediate up proficiency) and Bahasa;
  • Good working skills with MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint);
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details;
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree (Supply chain, Warehouse management and inventory, would be an added advantage);
  • Prior experience in dealing with import/export tasks will be an added advantage
