We are hiring an HRBP to support or team in Nairobi, Kenya. You will work closely with hiring managers and our global HR team to deliver a high-quality experience while helping establish scalable HR and recruitment processes for our staff.

In this role, you will:

Manage the entire recruitment process (360 Recruitment)

Manage all HR related matters to drive continued best practices for our people:

  • Design, plan, and execute employee engagement programs and related internal activities.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with employees to continuously and proactively improve the overall employee experience.
  • Review and update HR policies, SOPs, and internal practices in alignment with global HQ standards and Kenyan labour regulations.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, probation follow-up, and HR documentation.
  • Handle payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Support employees and resolving people-related matters with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads and global/regional HR teams to align daily HR operations with employee needs and broader business goals.

What we expect of you:

  • Previous experience recruiting technical skills
  • Ability to partner with stakeholders as a subject mater expert with a consultative and solutions driven mindset.
  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
  • HR Professional Certification (CHRP-K) and IHRM membership is an added advantage.
  • 8+ years' experience in human resource management or a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficient in using office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
