T-Systems Road User Services GmbH
As a 100% subsidiary of T-Systems International GmbH, T-Systems Road User Services GmbH (TS RS) is responsible for the sale, development and operation of innovative toll and mobility management solutions in Germany and other European countries. For national and international customers, T-Systems Road User Services GmbH assumes end-to-end responsibility for business processes and ICT-specific services on the technical basis of customer-specific solutions and a standardized tolling platform developed in-house.
T-Systems Road User Services GmbH is responsible for the IT and business process operation of the toll system in Germany and Belgium, the EETS provider Toll4Europe and the EETS@BALM front-end systems of the Federal Logistics and Mobility Office (BALM).


About the Position
As a Working Student, you will become an integral part of our team, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the IT landscape. This 14-month engagement offers a unique opportunity to apply your analytical thinking and communication skills in a professional environment.

About the Position 
We are looking for enrolled university students to support our team for up to 20 hours per week for a period of at least 6 months and up to 24 months in the following tasks:

  • You will support our operations by utilizing tools like Microsoft 365, Jira, and Confluence, contributing to efficient project management and documentation.
  • A solid understanding of IT fundamentals and process knowledge, alongside familiarity with HPSM and Service Now, will be key to success in supporting our IT service management processes.
  • We are looking for someone eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a dynamic IT setting.


Must-Have Skills
  • Strong analytical thinking skills for problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
  • Experience working with Jira
  • Knowledge in using Confluence
  • Solid understanding of IT fundamentals
  • Good process understanding and ability to optimize workflows
  • Experience with HPSM (Hewlett Packard Service Manager)
  • Practical knowledge of ServiceNow
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Eagerness to learn and curiosity
  • Team player mentality and strong communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and independent way of working
  • Initial experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
