About the Position
As our Head of Network and ICT Operations (m/f/d/x) you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing our critical network and ICT infrastructure. This leadership role involves overseeing the operational excellence of our systems and services, ensuring their stability, security, and high performance. You will lead and mentor a skilled team, foster strong relationships through effective stakeholder management, and strategically plan and control budgets to drive efficiency and innovation. Your strategic vision combined with hands-on operational leadership will be crucial in shaping the future of our ICT landscape and directly contributing to our organizational success.
Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience in personnel management and team development
- Professional stakeholder management at all levels
- Solid expertise in budget planning and control
- Demonstrable experience in strategic management
- Strong capabilities in operational management and process optimization
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks
- Knowledge of managing cloud infrastructures (e.g., Azure, AWS)
- Practical experience with network automation and orchestration
- Understanding of IT security standards and compliance requirements
- Certifications in network infrastructure (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP)
