About this role

  • Submit Daily Progress Report (DPR) before leaving the site
  • Submit Daily Labour Report (DLR) to QS/PM before 9:30 AM
  • Allocate work to labourers and monitor daily activities
  • Supervise and track work progress as per project schedule
  • Ensure work execution aligns with drawings and quality standards
  • Coordinate Joint Measurement Records (JMR) with Client/PMC
  • Manage labour and material requirements at site
  • Raise material indents to the store with proper work details
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality norms as per company standards
  • Verify and complete all checklists before concrete casting


    • Requirements

    • Strong knowledge of site execution and construction processes
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
    • Good coordination and team management skills
    • Knowledge of quality control and safety practices
    • Basic documentation and reporting skills
    • Qualification - B.E Civil 
    • Experience - 8 Years
