About this role

ROLE OVERVIEW

The IT Systems & Operations Engineer will be a hands-on technical contributor and AI leader on our internal IT team, based in Spain. You’ll handle day-to-day IT operations, including endpoint support, employee onboarding/offboarding, and serving as backup coverage for our other Spain-based IT engineer when they are out of office.

This is a hybrid role that blends systems engineering with IT operations and desktop support, with a special focus on building AI tools to automate workflows and enable AI adopting company-wide. You’ll work closely with our other global IT team and US colleagues. You should be comfortable being online as late as 6–7pm Spain time on a regular basis to overlap with the US team during their morning hours.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both deeper technical project work and the variety of day-to-day operations, wants to grow their systems engineering skills, and is excited about the future of IT in an AI-driven world.

  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding workflows, including account provisioning, access reviews, and equipment.
