Application Development Intern
About this role
- Assist in preparing operational reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Support the development and maintenance of Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Analyze operational data using Microsoft Excel to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Create and update business process documentation, flowcharts, and SOPs.
- Develop business process diagrams using tools such as Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, or Lucidchart.
- Prepare presentation materials (PowerPoint) for internal meetings and management reviews.
- Support operational improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect operational data and documentation.
- Ensure reports and documentation are accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Perform other administrative and analytical tasks assigned by the Operations team.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, charts, and basic data analysis).
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.
- Familiar in using Google Workspace products such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
- Familiar with business process mapping and workflow documentation.
- Basic understanding of Management Information Systems (MIS) and reporting concepts.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
