About this role
- Source and identify qualified IT professionals via Linkedin Recruiter, job portals, social media, referrals, and niche communities.
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines across Microsoft, Cloud, ERP, SAP, Salesforce, Data & Al, Cybersecurity, QA, Infrastructure, and Software Development.
- Screen profiles against technical and functional requirements before handoff to hiring managers.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach, engagement, and pre-qualification calls.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
- Track and report on sourcing metrics (submittals per role, source effectiveness, time-to-shortlist).
- Stay current on market trends, talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity across UAE/GCC.
- Develop and test sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates.
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent community/networking events.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in IT sourcing or technical recruitment
- Proven track record sourcing technology professionals across UAE, GCC, India, and/or Europe markets.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and at least two of: Naukri, Indeed, Monster, Dice, PIN, Seekout or similar platforms.
- Solid working knowledge of IT technologies, roles, and how they map business functions.
- Strong Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills is must.
- Comfortable working independently against targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with any ATS (Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, or similar).
- Familiarity with UAE/GCC recruitment practices and market nuances.
