The Demo Operations Engineer plays a critical role in enabling world-class customer demonstrations for TeamViewer's digital workplace and remote connectivity solutions. Working closely with Product Management, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Solutions Architects, and Solutions Engineering teams, this role ensures demo environments, customer scenarios, and digital experiences effectively showcase the latest product capabilities and business value. Through technical expertise, automation, and cross-functional collaboration, the Demo Operations Engineer helps bring new innovations to life for prospects, customers, and partners worldwide.
Responsibilities
Demo Environment Management
Manage and maintain TeamViewer ONE and DEX demo environments.
Troubleshoot environment issues and drive continuous improvements.
Maintain consistency across global demo environments.
Demo Automation & Operations
Administer demo automation platforms.
Manage content updates, integrations, platform configuration, and user access.
Collaborate with Site Reliability team on automated processes for environment provisioning, data refreshes, and configuration management.
Implement monitoring and alerting to proactively identify issues.
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
Monitor adoption, usage, and performance metrics across demo platforms.
Gather feedback from Solutions Engineering, SMEs, Solutions Architects, and Product teams.
Identify opportunities to improve environment scalability and operational efficiency.
Collaboration & Enablement
Coordinate demo requirements and priorities with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, SMEs, and Solutions Architects.
Support enablement activities for major releases and new capabilities.
Share updates and best practices with the global Solutions Engineering organization.
Requirements
Technical Expertise
Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), SaaS operations, or IT systems administration.
Experience with APIs, integrations, monitoring tools, endpoint technologies, or Digital Employee Experience (DEX) solutions preferred.
Understanding of modern cloud applications and software architectures.
Automation & Operations
Experience with automation and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar technologies.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience implementing scalable operational processes and monitoring solutions.
General Experience
3–5+ years in Technical Product Operations, Platform Operations, Systems Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Solutions Engineering Operations, or a similar technical role.
Experience supporting a global technical organization is preferred.
