As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at TeamViewer, you'll be the driving force behind our sales engine. You’ll connect with potential clients, qualify prospects, and set the stage for our sales team to close the deal. This is your chance to be the first voice they hear and to make an impact right from the start.

Responsibilities
  • Hunt down and qualify new leads through research and outreach

  • Master the art of cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, etc.

  • Engage with inbound leads and follow up on marketing-driven prospects

  • Set up meetings and demos that our sales team can’t wait to attend

  • Team up with marketing to make sure we’re hitting all the right targets

  • Crush your weekly and monthly goals for lead generation and meetings

Requirements
  • University or college degree in the field of Business, Marketing, or something similar is great, but not a dealbreaker

  • Fluency in English and native-level German language skills are mandatory. Further languages such as French, Spanish, Italian or others are a plus

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, especially in the B2B world; SDR experience is a big advantage

  • Curiosity, initiative, and a readiness for challenges are essential traits

  • Strong communication skills shine through in both phone conversations and emails

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships comes naturally

  • High energy and a positive attitude are always present

  • Mastery of LinkedIn, crafting impactful emails, and confidently making phone calls are key strengths
