About this role

TeamViewer provides a leading Digital Workplace platform that connects people with technology—enabling, improving and automating digital processes to make work work better. Our software solutions harness the power of AI and shape the future of digitalization.

We believe that our diverse teams and strong company culture are key to the success of our products and technologies, that hundreds of millions of users around the world and around 645,000 customers across all industries rely on. With more than 1,900 employees worldwide, we celebrate the unique perspectives and talents that each individual brings to the table and foster a dynamic work environment where new ideas thrive. Are you ready to join our team and make an impact?

Responsibilities

In this senior individual-contributor role, you will set the product direction for TeamViewer ONE’s AEM roadmap and turn strategic opportunities into differentiated capabilities for enterprise IT teams and MSPs. You will combine product vision, technical depth, commercial judgment, and strong cross-functional leadership to advance secure remote connectivity, endpoint intelligence, digital employee experience, automation, and AI-assisted remediation.

  • Own the AEM innovation roadmap: Define a clear multi-quarter product direction for TeamViewer ONE, grounded in customer needs, market trends, competitive insights, and company strategy.

  • Shape advanced asset management: Drive capabilities such as device refresh, hardware lifecycle insights, software and device inventory, unmanaged device discovery, network discovery, network analysis, network topology visibility, and actionable asset intelligence.

  • Drive build / buy / partner decisions: Evaluate AEM opportunities across automation, patching, policy management, vulnerability exposure, device health, AI remediation, and DEX workflows; create crisp recommendations and business cases for senior leadership.

  • Accelerate through ecosystem partnerships and integrations: Identify, scope, and support integrations, OEM opportunities, and strategic partnerships across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, endpoint security, DEX, RMM, CMDB, identity, and automation ecosystems. Help determine where TeamViewer ONE should integrate deeply with established enterprise platforms versus where TeamViewer should differentiate natively.

  • Lead differentiated in-house initiatives: Partner with engineering, AI, UX, architecture, security, and data teams to deliver secure, enterprise-ready AEM capabilities.

  • Advance AI-powered endpoint operations: Shape AI use cases such as assisted troubleshooting, automation generation, anomaly detection, root-cause insights, proactive recommendations, and closed-loop remediation.

  • Stay close to customers and the market: Work with enterprise customers, MSPs, partners, sales, customer success, and support teams to turn real-world IT workflows into product opportunities.

  • Influence and align: Build compelling narratives, roadmap trade-offs, and success metrics that align product, engineering, go-to-market, partner, and executive stakeholders.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, with substantial hands-on domain experience in at least one of the following areas: endpoint management, IT operations, ITSM/ITOM, IT asset management, digital employee experience, RMM/MSP platforms, endpoint security, automation/orchestration, or autonomous IT.

  • Proven ability to define and deliver roadmaps for technically complex platforms used by enterprise IT teams, MSPs, or security operations teams.

  • Strong understanding of endpoint management and advanced asset management, including agents, policies, automation, patching, device and software inventory, device refresh, hardware lifecycle planning, network discovery, network analysis, unmanaged device detection, and fleet-scale observability.

  • Experience with Digital Employee Experience and endpoint intelligence use cases such as telemetry, device health, proactive incident detection, root-cause analysis, and remediation workflows.

  • Ability to shape AI-enabled product capabilities, including recommendations, natural-language troubleshooting, automation generation, anomaly detection, knowledge capture, or agentic remediation.

  • Experience conducting build / buy / partner evaluations, including market scanning, technical due diligence, integration scoping, commercial assessment, risk analysis, and executive recommendations.

  • Strong partnership and integration mindset, including OEM models, APIs, data integrations, platform ecosystems, and partner-led product delivery.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills; able to translate technical complexity into clear strategy and compelling customer value.

  • Commercial mindset with the ability to connect product investments to adoption, retention, expansion, differentiation, operational efficiency, and customer ROI.

  • University degree in a technical, business, or related field; MBA, advanced technical degree, or equivalent practical experience is a plus. Fluent English is required; German or additional languages are a plus.
