Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated Microsoft AI & Power Platform Enablement Specialist to drive the governance, operations, support, and adoption of Microsoft's AI ecosystem and the Power Platform across our organization.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between business and technology, helping teams leverage AI and low-code solutions securely, effectively, and responsibly. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, AI Advocates, citizen developers, and IT teams while ensuring governance, compliance, and operational excellence across our Microsoft AI and Power Platform landscape.

  • Drive the governance, operational management, and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, Copilot Chat, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft AI technologies

  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and implement AI and automation use cases that deliver measurable business value

  • Support and advise business teams and the AI Advocate community on the effective use of Microsoft's AI ecosystem

  • Deliver expert consultation on Microsoft AI capabilities, helping users translate business challenges into practical AI-powered solutions

  • Provide operational support for Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI services, including incident management, service requests, troubleshooting, and user enablement

  • Develop and maintain best practices, governance frameworks, operational procedures, and support documentation for AI and Power Platform solutions

  • Define and enforce governance standards, security controls, Responsible AI principles, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies

  • Manage and continuously improve the Power Platform and automate reporting of key governance KPIs

  • Administer and support Power Platform environments, Dataverse, connectors, and platform configurations

  • Monitor platform health, service performance, usage, adoption, and compliance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives

  • Define and support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), release management, and solution lifecycle processes

  • Develop and deliver training, workshops, and adoption programs to empower users and citizen developers

  • Collaborate closely with IT Security, Legal, IT Infrastructure, and Business teams to ensure secure and compliant AI adoption

  • Act as an ambassador for innovation while balancing governance, risk management, and operational excellence

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification

  • Several years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 technologies

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, Copilot Chat, and other Microsoft AI solutions

  • Experience supporting and administering enterprise-wide Microsoft platforms and services

  • Deep understanding of Power Platform governance, administration, environment management

  • Knowledge of AI governance, Responsible AI, security, compliance, data protection, and DLP controls

  • Experience implementing and supporting Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and low-code solutions

  • Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), release management, and operational support processes

  • Experience consulting and collaborating with business stakeholders to identify and implement technology solutions

  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills

  • Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional and global business teams

  • Experience driving user adoption, change management, and enablement initiatives is considered an advantage
