Position Overview
The part-ime Facilities Maintenance Technician maintains and repairs the physical infrastructure of a building or facility.

Responsibilities
- Performs basic and routine facilities maintenance, construction, and repair inspections and walkthroughs.
- Installs and maintains mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management systems.
- Assists with miscellaneous facility projects including, but not limited to, painting, drywall, carpentry, installation of fixtures, leak repair, and moving furniture or materials within the facility.
- Utilizes a work order system to log activities as required.
- Works with or assists trades contractors to complete projects or complex repairs.
- Troubleshoots problems and follows all operating, service, quality, and safety standards and procedures.
Qualifications
Travel Requirements
● This position does not require regular travel as part of its primary responsibilities. However, occasional travel
may be required, up to 10%, primarily for occasional off-site meetings, training sessions, or company events.
Travel, when necessary, will be communicated in advance and aligned with business needs
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Work is performed both indoors and outdoors with exposure to heat, cold, and adverse weather conditions.
- Lifting and/or occasionally moving up to 75 lbs. can be expected.
- Required to drive, stand, walk; use hands to type, handle, or feel; climb or balance; talk and hear.
- Body movements include bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, pulling, kneeling, lifting, carrying, and pushing.
