About this role

Join Our Team as a Graphic Designer at Team Liquid Philippines!

Are you a results-oriented professional with a passion in graphic, visual concepts, and design? Team Liquid Philippines is looking for a Graphic Designer to bringing visual concepts to life across a variety of digital platforms.

Reporting to the Head of Brand, Marketing, and Content, you'll work closely  with marketing, partnerships, and content teams to develop engaging designs that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate our messaging.

If you're passionate about graphic design, visual content, creativity and the interest to be part of a world-class esports organization — we’d love to hear from you!

Job Purpose

The Graphic Designer for Team Liquid Philippines plays a key role in creating compelling visual content that reinforces Team Liquid Philippines’ brand identity, marketing campaigns, esports initiatives, and community engagement. This role works closely with the Brand, Marketing & Content team to produce creative assets for digital and print use, ensuring visual consistency and high-impact design across all channels.

What You'll Do:

  • Produce daily content graphics. Deliver all scheduled graphic assets from the content calendar, including game day posters, result graphics, memes, player features and community assets, on or before deadline.

  • Deliver game day coverage. Prepare win and loss variants ahead of every match, and turn around live game day requests within the agreed window so results and moments go out while they still matter.

  • Execute sponsor and campaign work. Produce sponsored graphics to brand mandatories and approval cycles, with zero competitor brands visible and no preventable revision rounds.

  • Maintain and improve the visual system. Keep templates, layouts and export presets current across platforms, and evolve them each season so the look stays fresh without losing consistency.

  • Support campaigns and moments. Build key visuals and asset sets for roster reveals, jersey and merchandise launches, tournaments and announcements, working to campaign timelines set in advance.

  • Work the pipeline properly. Take briefs through ClickUp, keep task statuses current, flag capacity conflicts early, and upload finished assets in the correct place and format.

  • Collaborate across BMC. Work with the social media manager on calendar priorities, the video producer on shared campaign look and feel, and the community lead on community and event assets.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related field, or a portfolio that clearly demonstrates equivalent ability.

  • 2 or more years of professional graphic design experience, in house, agency or freelanceA portfolio showing social first design work, not only print or brand identity exercises.

  • Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects, or equivalent professional tools.

  • Ability to work to a template system and keep brand consistency, not only one off concepts.

  • Working knowledge of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and the MPL Philippines scene, including how the community talks and what the visual language of esports looks like.

  • Availability to work game day hours, including evenings and weekends during the MPL season.

  • Professional written English.
