Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
27 hours per week



Quantum Building Maintenance Inc. is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Dual Porter/Housekeeper to join our team at Bottle House on Main in Fort Worth.

This position will include both porter and housekeeping responsibilities, helping maintain a clean, safe, and presentable property.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, entrances, and assigned areas
  • Clean and maintain restrooms
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain floors
  • Remove trash and keep trash areas clean and organized
  • Perform housekeeping duties as assigned
  • Restock cleaning and restroom supplies
  • Keep the property clean, neat, and presentable
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns
  • Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
  • Follow company and property cleaning standards
  • Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with residents, staff, and management

Qualifications

  • Previous janitorial, porter, housekeeping, or cleaning experience preferred
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to follow directions and complete assigned tasks
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic
  • Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position
