Commercial Landscape Crew Foreman - Greater Cincinnati Area

You’ll lead from the front—working alongside your crew, organizing the day, solving problems in the field, and making sure our customers see the TDG Way when the job is finished. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hands-on managing a commercial landscape/lawn maintenance crew in
- weekly lawn maintenance of dedicated route
- mulching
- plant and flower install
- weeding flowerbeds
- trimming bushes and/or trees to maintain neat appearance and desired shape
- shoveling/plowing and clearing icy exterior walkways and parking lots during wintry weather
- preparing grounds for seasonal changes, while working outside in all types of weather
- Inspect exterior of each property and grounds
- Safely and properly operate/maintain equipment and tools. Including, gas-powered equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers.
- Responsible for using phone/tablet to complete site inspections, enter crew’s time and material into work order system.
- Other tasks assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Landscape/Lawn Maintenance experience.
- Experience managing a crew preferred.
- Keen eye for detail, organized, and great attitude.
- Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfaction
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening.
- Ability to work overtime.
