· Document current-state and future-state processes, governance forums, prioritization criteria, investment decisions, stage gates, approvals, exceptions, and reporting needs.

· Configure or guide configuration of ServiceNow SPM capabilities for demand intake, assessment, prioritization, portfolio planning, project/program governance, resources, financials, and benefits where applicable.

· Define functional requirements and data mappings for project, portfolio, demand, resource, cost, schedule, milestone, risk, issue, and status information.

· Support testing, UAT preparation, defect triage, demonstrations, training, adoption, and handover.

· Advise stakeholders on practical use of out-of-box capabilities and identify requests requiring customization, additional licensing, or change control.

· Develop the end user training material and conduct end user training sessions before or after going live.

· Provide demonstrations, knowledge transfer, administrator guidance, and functional handover documentation.

· Maintain clear assumptions, dependencies, decisions, and scope boundaries throughout delivery.

· Demonstrated ServiceNow implementation experience in Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project/Program Management, Resource Management, or related SPM capabilities.

· Experience defining workflows, approvals, stage gates, scorecards, reports, dashboards, roles, notifications, and acceptance criteria.

· Understanding of integration and data-migration requirements for enterprise portfolio/project environments.

· Strong workshop facilitation, documentation, stakeholder-management, and UAT support capabilities.
