About this role

TAWANTECH is looking for a Business & Data Analyst to support business analysis and data activities on ServiceNow HRSD implementations — gathering requirements, documenting processes, validating HR data, and supporting testing and reporting. This is not an ETL or data-migration-lead role, and it's a great way to build hands-on ServiceNow experience alongside senior consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Join discovery workshops with HR and business stakeholders to capture requirements.
  • Document current- and future-state HR processes, case types, and reporting needs.
  • Collect and review HR data for quality issues — missing values, duplicates, inconsistent formats.
  • Prepare data mapping, dictionaries, and business rules with guidance from the HRSD consultant.
  • Prepare user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
  • Support UAT, defect follow-up, and go-live readiness.

✓ 3–5 years in business analysis, data analysis, HR operations, HRIS support, or reporting.

✓ Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and validating data.

✓ Practical Excel skills — data organization, validation, and presenting findings.

✓ Basic understanding of data mapping, data quality, and testing (advanced SQL/ETL not required).

✓ Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.

✓ Fluent Arabic, spoken and written — mandatory; professional English required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Center, or HR Case Management.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Workday.
  • Power BI or dashboard/reporting experience.
  • ServiceNow CSA / CIS-HRSD training, or a business-analysis / data certification.
