Purpose & Scope of Position

The Manager – Land Development will be responsible for leading the design, coordination, and project management of land development and infrastructure projects. The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring high‑quality design deliverables from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1

Design & Technical Delivery

  • Carry out design work for land development projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.
  • Oversee preparation and review of drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure design outputs are accurate, coordinated, and suitable for smooth execution at site.

Project & Client Management

  • Handle projects from design stage through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and quality.
  • Act as the primary client-facing contact, managing technical discussions and expectations.
  • Liaise closely with clients, their architects, and other consultants for coordinated project delivery.

Team & Consultant Management

  • Manage and guide in‑house design and drafting engineers.
  • Coordinate and oversee work carried out by sub‑consultants, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Provide technical direction and support to the project team.

Site Support & Supervision

  • Conduct site visits and perform supervisory functions as and when required.
  • Provide technical clarifications and resolve site‑level issues in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Ensure that drawings and design intent are effectively implemented at site.

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure preparation and issue of high‑quality drawings and documents.
  • Implement internal quality checks to facilitate efficient installation and minimize site issues.
