About this role

Core Responsibilities:

Sales Process Management

  • Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for affordable home loans in the region while continuing to enhance and upgrade the client relationships.
  • Explore and identify new sourcing avenues and channels, set up new locations to increase business volumes.
  • Retain and expand the company's base of customers across all channel partners and franchisee to ensure repeat business or referrals
  • Facilitate the development of new builder/channel relationships with so as to penetrate new markets and thereby increase business
  • Define the sourcing funnel and align with the team on ground lead generation activities to create a reliable network of DSA / Direct Sales / Builders.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of lending process at the various stages such as inquiry, application, verification, pre and post -sanction processing, disbursement of loans, and collection
  • Ensure minimum wastage across all stages of the sales process

Sales Planning and Team Management

  • Develop and build the team to high levels of competency and deliver without compromising on the values and ethics of the company.
  • Optimize team productivity by effectively managing the team of sales managers so as to assure achievement of business targets and profitability of the area
  • Lead and supervise the sales teams for the implementation of the growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation and deployment strategies
  • Manage team size by recruiting quality resources and grooming from time to time in presentation and selling skills

Industry & Governance

  • Constantly keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence so as to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Ensure a strong understanding of the markets / competition / process and products available in the markets and provide positive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market.
  • Ensure compliance to all Audit / NHB regulations as well as policies and procedures of the company.

Education: Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA

Desired Experience: Minimum 10 to 12 years in the field.
