About the Role
As we prepare to open the doors to our very first tashas café in Greece, we are looking for experienced hospitality leaders to join our Front of House Management team.
Whether your background is as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Front of House Manager or Supervisor, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a landmark opening and help shape the culture, standards and guest experience from day one.

Your Mission
You will help lead the daily operation of the café, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team engagement and operational excellence.
By coaching and inspiring your team, maintaining high standards and creating a culture of accountability and care, you will play a vital role in the success of our first Greek location.
What You'll Be Doing
Leadership & Operations
Lead by example on the floor, creating an environment of energy, professionalism and hospitality.
Support the smooth day-to-day running of the café across all service periods.
Ensure opening, closing and daily operational procedures are executed consistently and efficiently.
Monitor service standards and operational performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support the achievement of sales, guest satisfaction and operational excellence goals.
Conduct daily team briefings that inspire, motivate and prepare the team for successful service.
Ensure brand standards, policies and procedures are consistently maintained.
Guest Experience
Create memorable guest experiences through genuine hospitality and attention to detail.
Actively engage with guests, building relationships and fostering loyalty.
Support and coach the team to deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback and concerns.
Champion our three pillars: beautiful food, stunning environments and engaging service.
Ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued and cared for throughout their visit.
People & Culture
Inspire, coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
Support recruitment, onboarding and training initiatives within the venue.
Foster a positive, collaborative and respectful workplace culture.
Partner with HR and Training teams to support performance management and career development.
Promote accountability while creating an environment where people feel supported and motivated.
Embody and champion the values that define tashas.
Commercial & Business Performance
Support the achievement of revenue, profitability and operational targets.
Monitor service trends, guest feedback and operational performance to identify opportunities for growth.
Assist in managing labour, costs and operational efficiencies.
Support inventory management and the effective use of café resources.
Contribute ideas that enhance both business performance and the guest experience.
Systems & Administration
Ensure the effective use of POS and operational systems.
Support accurate reporting, cash handling and administrative processes.
Maintain operational records and daily reporting requirements.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Uphold the highest standards of health, safety and hygiene.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Monitor HACCP procedures and venue safety standards.
Support a safe, organised and compliant working environment for both guests and team members.
What We're Looking For
Previous leadership experience within hospitality, restaurants, cafés or luxury service environments.
Experience as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager, FOH Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor or similar role.
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.
Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Commercial awareness and an understanding of operational performance.
A calm, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
A hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the floor.
