  • Build and continuously improve a principles-based performance and development framework, including role clarity, manager enablement, career conversations, and learning & development programs.
  • Own People Operations and systems by optimizing HR processes, HRIS and AI-enabled tooling, ensuring reliable data, seamless employee experiences, payroll accuracy, and compliance.
  • Establish a data-driven people function by defining key people metrics, maintaining dashboards, and translating insights into actions that improve hiring, engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Strengthen Tanso's culture and employee value proposition by fostering a values- and principles-led environment, driving belonging, and ensuring a consistent employee experience across the entire lifecycle.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing People & Recruiting team while acting as a strategic partner to leaders, translating business priorities into scalable people solutions.
