Pay: $19.00 - $21.00
Hours: Full-Time | 1st or 2nd Shift

What You Will Do:
The Product Inspector/Finisher is responsible for inspecting, finishing, and preparing manufactured plastic products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. This role is critical in ensuring only high-quality products are shipped to customers
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Inspect molded products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Trim, sand, deburr, and finish products using hand and power tools
- Assemble and add accessory components as required
- Perform final inspection and testing of completed products
- Package and label products for shipment
- Identify, document, and report defective products; perform rework as needed
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Read and follow product specifications and work instructions
- Assist team members and rotate workstations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to follow instructions and perform basic math
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to use tools, machinery, and basic computer systems
- Willingness to learn and work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with power tools
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable attendance and a positive attitude are a must
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain reliable attendance
- Manufacturing experience a plus!
