This technology enables us to produce unique, novel, and nature-identical aroma ingredients, and in addition, to manufacture pharmaceutical intermediates, functional materials, and other fine chemicals.
Takasago Group maintains offices, production sites, and R&D centers in twenty-seven countries and regions.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive Work Orders (WO) and work on WO according to schedule or orders from superiors.
  • Prepare raw materials before the weighing process and the production process.
  • Ensuring proper and accurate weighing and mixing of raw materials.
  • Check and carry out routine stock taking of raw materials and ensure raw materials are in the appropriate location.
  • Operate and monitor machinery such as liquid stirrer, high-shear mixers, powder blending machine, reactors, spray dryer, and emulsification machines to create liquid or dry fragrance/flavour blends, and emulsions
  • Operate filtration systems (e.g., plate frame filters, cartridge filters), agitators, and homogenizers.
  • Perform extractions and compound finished fragrances/flavors
  • Pack finished goods and store them properly according to their location.
  • Clean and sanitize tanks, pipes, filters and maintain cleanliness of production area and equipment.
  • Ensure raw materials and finished goods are properly identified, properly labelled, and on the appropriate shelves.
  • Carry out the process of cleaning machines and tanks after the job is complete.


Qualifications:
  • Min O level, with working experience in manufacturing will be an added advantage
  • Able to understand simple English instructions and formulation
  • Able to read weighing scales and convert between gram and kilogram
  • Able to handle load up of 25kg to 100kg if needed (trolleys and other loading equipment’s available)
  • Able to work in warm (no A/C), humid and strong-smelling environment
  • Wear gloves, safety goggles, safety shoes and overall/jumpsuit during work
  • No smell and skin allergy to chemicals.
  • Able to work in a team and ready to work shifts.
