For over 35 years, we have been a leading industrial producer of L-Menthol, using our core technology, asymmetric synthesis.
This technology enables us to produce unique, novel, and nature-identical aroma ingredients, and in addition, to manufacture pharmaceutical intermediates, functional materials, and other fine chemicals.

Takasago Group maintains offices, production sites, and R&D centers in twenty-seven countries and regions.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) functions
  • Manage and control petty cash transactions
  • Prepare vendor payments and process bank deposits
  • Issue withholding tax certificates
  • Prepare VAT Sales and Purchase reports, as well as withholding tax reports
  • File tax returns (P.N.D.3, P.N.D.53, and VAT) with the Revenue Department
  • Record accounting transactions in the system
  • Prepare purchase orders (PO), invoices, and tax invoices/receipts
  • Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, VAT, prepaid expenses, and accrued expenses
  • Calculate depreciation of fixed assets
  • Work with external auditors to issue audited financial statements
  • Work with company secretary for corporate filings and compliance
  • Singapore regional HQ and Japan HQ reporting
  • Transfer pricing compliance

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Hold a valid CPD license
  • Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Detail-oriented
  • Experience in import and export business is an advantage
