⭐ About the Role
We're looking for an HR Administration Intern to join our HR team on a hybrid basis in Kraków.
This is a paid internship where you'll gain hands-on experience in HR operations while working closely with an experienced mentor who will guide you through real processes and day-to-day responsibilities from day one.
⭐ What You'll Do
Support the team with employee documentation, contracts and onboarding paperwork
Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data
Assist with pre-payroll administration and benefits coordination
Support equipment provisioning and tracking for new and existing employees
Help with office management and support the logistics of events in Kraków
Help keep HR processes and records organised and compliant
⭐ What We're Looking For
Availability of around 20–25 hours per week
Current student of administration, HR, business, law or a related field
Fluent in both Polish and English (at least C1 in both)
Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working with documentation
Curious, proactive, and keen to learn how HR works in practice
Based in or around Kraków, able to work hybrid and go to the office once or twice a week
Nice to have:
Prior experience in administration, HR or finance
