⭐ About the Role

We're looking for an HR Administration Intern to join our HR team on a hybrid basis in Kraków.

This is a paid internship where you'll gain hands-on experience in HR operations while working closely with an experienced mentor who will guide you through real processes and day-to-day responsibilities from day one.

⭐ What You'll Do

  • Support the team with employee documentation, contracts and onboarding paperwork

  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data

  • Assist with pre-payroll administration and benefits coordination

  • Support equipment provisioning and tracking for new and existing employees

  • Help with office management and support the logistics of events in Kraków

  • Help keep HR processes and records organised and compliant

⭐ What We're Looking For

  • Availability of around 20–25 hours per week

  • Current student of administration, HR, business, law or a related field

  • Fluent in both Polish and English (at least C1 in both)

  • Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working with documentation

  • Curious, proactive, and keen to learn how HR works in practice

  • Based in or around Kraków, able to work hybrid and go to the office once or twice a week

Nice to have:
  • Prior experience in administration, HR or finance
