About this role
At Tacodeli, Front of House Team Members help create the warm, welcoming hospitality that keeps our guests coming back. In this role, you'll connect with guests, serve delicious scratch-made food, and help create a fun, fast-paced restaurant experience rooted in teamwork, quality, and genuine hospitality.
What You'll Do
As a Front of House Team Member, you'll work in a variety of positions that support both the guest experience and restaurant operations. Responsibilities include:
Deliver Hospitality
- Welcome guests with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality.
- Create memorable guest experiences through friendly, attentive service.
- Get to know our guests and help make Tacodeli a place they love to return to.
Support Great Food & Great Service
- Learn our menu and confidently explain food and beverage offerings to guests.
- Use the Point of Sale (POS) system and cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver food to guests, support expo, and ensure each guest has what they need for a great experience.
- Help maintain speed of service while upholding Tacodeli's hospitality standards.
Keep the Restaurant Running Smoothly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe environment.
- Support cleanliness throughout the dining room, service areas, and guest-facing spaces.
- Cross-train in multiple positions and jump in wherever needed to support the team.
- Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and have fun while doing it.
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly pay plus tip share, with average earnings of $19.00 per hour.

We’re Probably a Great Fit if You Have:
- A hospitality-first mindset and passion for creating great guest experiences

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Comfort using or learning a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Authenticity, reliability, and a willingness to jump in where needed
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk for long stretches throughout a shift
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, and reach for items at various heights
- Ability to lift a minimum of 10 pounds frequently
