What you will be doing

Back of House Team Members will work a variety of positions, which include but are not limited to the following duties:

  • Create food you're proud to serve using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
  • Master our scratch-made recipes, from house-made salsas to perfectly prepared proteins.
  • Learn multiple kitchen stations and build skills that can help grow your restaurant career.
  • Work alongside a supportive team that values quality, consistency and hospitality.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized kitchen where food safety is everyone's responsibility.
  • Start each day with purpose by preparing the ingredients that fuel hundreds of guests.
  • Bring energy and attention to detail to every taco, bowl and plate we serve.
  • Contribute ideas and help us continuously improve how we work.

What We Offer 

  • Average earnings of $16.50 per hour (base pay + tip share).
  • Weekly pay.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 10 pounds frequently.
