About Project : Systra is appointed to provide Project Management Consultancy Services for Works of Signalling & Telecommunication System, SCADA System, and Ticketing System Of Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project.

Position: Chief Expert-Integration, Testing and Commissioning (International)

 

Hiring for Project Management Consultancy Services for Works of Signalling & Telecommunication System, SCADA System, and Ticketing System of Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project

Location: Ahmedabad

Missions/Main Duties

This position shall report to PD and Dy. PD. The activities of the position shall include but not limited to:

Planning of integration, testing and commissioning of sub systems/prototypes of S&T-OCC system.

Prepare integration, testing and commissioning plans based on inputs from all sub systems, standards, best practices, operational requirement so as to demonstrate the System readiness for commercial operations.

Final acceptance of the S&T-OCC System based on the results of the prototype, serial and/or system test.

Submitting all necessary documents and have discussions etc. with CMRS / RDSO/ other Statutory Authorities to obtain approvals.

Plan, arrange and supervise all the trial tests, if required, with the support of the Client(NHSRCL), well in advance of the trial runs.

Assist and coordinate with different parties i.e. contractors, ISA etc.

Any other roles and responsibilities required to be performed to complete the project and assigned by PD and Client(NHSRCL).

Profile/Skills

Min. Qualification: Engineering Graduate (B.E/B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics stream or equivalent )

 

Experience:

Total Experience: Overall 20 years of experience in Railways/Metro.

Relevant Experience: 10 years of experience in integration of Systems during construction phase in Rail-based Transit System project(s)*.

Specific experience: Minimum 02 years of experience as in-charge of Integration, Testing and Commissioning in HighSpeed Rail Project(s)***.

*Rail-based Transit System project(s) shall mean High-Speed Railways / Semi High-Speed Railways / Metro Railways projects as defined below:

• High-Speed Railways projects (ETCS based) with operational speed equal or greater than 250 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
• Semi High-Speed Railways including Urban/Suburban/ Intercity/ Regional Passenger Transit Systems, projects with operational speed equal to or greater than 160 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
• Metro Railways excluding LRT/Tram/Monorail Systems, projects shall only be considered for evaluation.

*** High-Speed Rail Project mean High Speed Railways projects (ETCS based) with operational speed equal or greater than 250 Kmph.
