Key Job Purpose :
Responsible for developing and executing supply plans that ensure product availability while optimizing inventory levels and service performance, for assigned product portfolio. The role works closely with Suppliers, Production, Order Processing, and Commercial teams to balance customer requirements with operational constraints and business objectives.

Provide backup support to other planners within the team as required, including assisting with planning activities, order follow-ups, supply coordination, and reporting during periods of workload peaks or absence. |

Partner with order management team to expedite materials with shortages and to ensure timely delivery of allocated materials |

Comply and meet all quality and compliance standards/requirements, both internal and external. |
|
Any other duties as assigned by superior. |
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand or Supply Planning, Order Management, Customer Fulfilment, Procurement, or related supply chain functions.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and how cross-functional operations work together to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
- Solid knowledge of supply chain planning concepts, inventory management, statistical forecasting, and related planning processes.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding operational KPIs, service levels, and performance targets.
- Strong business acumen with a sound understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Proficient in supply planning and inventory management principles.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems, Material Master data management, and supply chain planning systems.
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships across functions and organisational levels.
- Confident in influencing, facilitating discussions, and driving alignment among cross-functional teams.
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to service excellence.
- Highly organised, efficient, and detail-oriented, while maintaining the ability to see the bigger picture.
