Assistant (Temp)

Summary of Functional Duties & Responsibilities :

1.

Multimedia & Creative Production

• Edit and produce videos using Adobe Premiere Pro for training, communication, and content materials.
• Assist in creating basic motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects.
• Perform photo editing and image enhancements using Adobe Photoshop.
• Design visual assets such as graphics, layouts, and simple illustrations using Adobe Illustrator.
• Ensure all creative outputs meet company branding and quality standards.

2.

Content Support & Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams to understand content requirements and objectives.
• Support the creation of visual materials for presentations, training materials, and digital platforms.
• Assist in organizing, managing, and maintaining multimedia content and assets.
• Revise and refine creative work based on feedback from stakeholders.

3.

Reporting

• Provide regular progress updates on assigned tasks to the immediate superior.
• Track and manage assigned work to meet agreed timelines.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.
