The Head of Transformation Office is part of Group Operations and leads the transformation core team. The role is responsible for driving disciplined execution of the Operating Model Transformation agenda, with a focus on AI TOM, Market Practice Enablement, Service @ Scale and Global Learning Ecosystem initiatives.
It manages the Global Change Portfolio across these and other priority initiatives by creating a single portfolio view, enabling prioritization of competing demands, managing dependencies and protecting delivery capacity.
The role and the transformation team are deliberately ring-fenced from business-as-usual delivery to ensure focus, momentum and effective cross-functional execution.
This is a 12-month contract with opportunities for extension or conversion to a permanent position, or to transition into management consulting, subject to business requirements and individual performance.
The responsibilities associated with this position are not limited to the above description and may be modified at any time by the Company. Portfolio Management & Governance (~30%)

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Finance, Operations or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in project management, portfolio management, business transformation, operations, consulting or strategic change delivery. We anticipate that the successful candidate will have around 7 to 10 years of experience in these specific fields, though all candidates who can demonstrate the required competencies are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of cross-functional transformation, operating model design, governance and change management in a professional services or financial services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and assess opportunities for AI-enabled improvements, workflow automation and agentic support across Operations and related value chains.
- Proven ability to structure complex initiatives, manage dependencies and translate strategic priorities into executable delivery plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, including the ability to create executive-ready materials.
- Experience with portfolio tooling, dashboards, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools; Power BI or automation experience is an advantage.
- Certification in project management, agile delivery, portfolio management would be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, structure ambiguity and drive outcomes with limited supervision.
- High attention to detail, delivery reliability and strong judgement in balancing BAU priorities with transformation needs.

- Establish and maintain a single global portfolio view of strategic and operational change initiatives.
- Operate and refine portfolio governance, including decision forums, intake principles, prioritization criteria, reporting cadence and escalation routes.
- Track initiative status, dependencies, delivery risks, resource conflicts and decision needs for steering.
- Coordinate the Market Practice Enablement initiative and support other priority initiatives such as Service at Scale.
- Translate strategic objectives into clear workplans, milestones, and deliverables.
- Drive delivery across workstreams, ensuring momentum and discipline, e.g. actions being followed up and decisions being documented.
- Partner with function leads, project sponsors, business stakeholders and internal experts to align scope, priorities and delivery expectations.
- Prepare concise steering materials, portfolio updates and decision papers for senior stakeholders.
- Create transparency on competing priorities and support fact-based prioritization across initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to standardize delivery methods, simplify ways of working and improve transformation execution quality.
- Work with Operating Model & AI Analysts to surface automation, agentic support and reporting opportunities.
- Build reusable project and portfolio artefacts, including templates, trackers, dashboards and governance materials.
