The selected intern(s) will assist in following:
Unit Cost and System Analysis
- Support the analysis of unit costs across healthcare IT systems and services to understand cost structures and key cost drivers.
- Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for cost optimisation, operational improvements, and resource efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Supporting the G.R.O.S.S. Initiative
- Support the coordination and promotion of the G.R.O.S.S. (Get Rid of Stupid Stuff) initiative to simplify processes and improve organisational effectiveness.
- Manage idea submissions, track progress, coordinate follow-up actions, and monitor implementation outcomes.
- Identify recurring themes and opportunities for continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Assist in organising engagement activities and preparing communication materials to drive awareness and participation.
- Contribute to the documentation and reporting of outcomes, success stories, and best practices for management updates.
GenAI Productivity Enablement
- Support the exploration and adoption of Generative AI (GenAI) tools to improve productivity and work processes.
- Assist in identifying use cases where GenAI can enhance data analysis, reporting, knowledge management, or workflow automation.
- Help develop prompts, prototypes, or simple solutions using GenAI tools to support TMP office functions.
- Contribute to documenting GenAI use cases, best practices, and learnings to support broader team adoption.
About You:
- Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Business Artificial Intelligence Systems, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualisation tools is an advantage
- Strong interest in Generative AI (GenAI) and its applications in productivity, analytics, and process improvement
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
