This internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of network automation and project management. Interns will gain hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing network automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
Working alongside experienced engineers, the intern will be exposed to the full solution lifecycle, including workflow design, automation development, API integration, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role also provides valuable exposure to enterprise networking technologies and automation platforms used in large-scale IT environments.
The selected intern(s) will assist in following:
- Manage, drive and oversee programme tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion
- Develop and implement processes and workflows based on business objectives
- Design, develop, test and implement automation playbooks to implement network automation solutions
- Send, respond, receive APIs from a multivendor environment, manipulate data formats such that information systems can receive relevant and consistent data
- Review, analyse and innovate to propose and produce new enhancement to the system design and automation stack.
- Execute approved enhancement through software development and system design methodologies
About You:
- Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline
- Keen interest in network automation, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies
- Basic understanding of software development and deployment concepts, including development, testing, and production environments
- Familiarity with APIs, system integration concepts, or data exchange formats is an advantage
- Familiarity with enterprise technologies such as Infoblox, Cisco SD-WAN, Ansible, or ServiceNow will be advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an inquisitive mindset and willingness to learn
- Innovative, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Good team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative when required
- Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
